Can I use free services provided by Cycoos?

Yes, you can use free services irrespective of your nationality, age, gender and location. We serve free of cost to everyone – individual, non-profit organization, NGO, business unit etc.

Is there any string attached to the free services offered?

No, there is no string attached. Free services are offered to serve community and improve general awareness about cyber world to make it safe and secure. In cases, where services requested is found to be complex and effort intensive – as decided by AKS and companies – requester will be informed upfront and approval would be sought for the cost for the service.

Who all can view the details of my case or question?

Generic case might be published to help community. Cases categorized as confidential will be shared with only allowed parties as defined and finalized by Cycoos.

What is the difference between two free services “Take opinion” and “Ask Expert”?

When you use “Ask Expert”, your case is categorized as confidential and only visible to our team experts, until concluded otherwise. On the other hand, “Take opinion” gives opportunity to get multiple opinions from other registered members also, thus giving you a possibility for an open forum discussion globally.

What is team expert?

Team expert is a group of persons associated under an agreement. While they serve community, their get opportunities to keep themselves up-to-date and directly or indirect interact with other experts globally. This is a platform to learn and improve together. Such learning helps to perform and grow in their profession too.

How much does it cost to join team experts?

Joining team expert is also free of cost!

How can I join team expert?

Fill in “Join Team Expert” form and provide your education and experience etc indicating your qualification to be part of team expert as per procedure.

Such requests will be reviewed and more information may be sought, if necessary, and you’ll be part of team expert.

Do you sell my personal information to third parties?

No. We don’t sell our users’ personal information. It’s simply not how we operate.
